Our Experience

The CEO / Founder Nicholas started his first company Majestic Homes at the age of 20. The company started out as a Framing Business and grew into Home Building with a 2 million year revenue. The company rapidly grew within a few years starting out with 5 employees and ending in 50 full time employees and started in house concrete and painting services.

After 15 years the owner semi retired and moved to Florida to start a small charter business to satisfy is love for boats. With the love of boats came the constant repairs and maintenance and the owner started South Bay Marine Group. With the same rapid growth as Majestic Homes the company rapidly grew to 5 employees.

After another15 years the owner downsized on South Bay Marine Group which only manages boats we have in charters. And formed

Lazy Days' Vacation Rentals and Boat Rentals. Which has partners that handle all our day to day operations and the CEO / Founder Nicholas just manage the companies and do the daily bookkeeping for his two company's and a few charter bookkeeping clients.

The CEO/ Founder Nicholas has over 35 years in bookkeeping and startups and has a passion to help new business get off the ground and be finically successful building long relationships with his clients.
